Lucen is a menu-bar style utility built around one idea: the part of macOS you look at all day should be allowed to have a little personality.

Your Dock stays usable
The visual skin sits below your Dock icons, so interaction remains with the Dock itself — not the effect layer.
Precise when you want it
For exact placement, Lucen can read the Dock’s Accessibility bounds. You can enable that permission in System Settings.
Ready when your Dock is
Give it a little weather.
